Application Requirements
All applicants that have reached age 18 must complete their own separate application.
Most applications can be processed in 1-3 business days. The time required depends on the availability and cooperation of applicant’s reference sources. In determining whether applicant will be approved, we will evaluate the following:
Income requirements is 3 times the market rent, per month
No evictions (within 5 years)
No outstanding collections
Proof of employment
If credit score is 651 and above we require one months rent for a security deposit
If credit score is between 650 - 600 we require 1.5x months rent for a security deposit
If credit score is lower than 599 we require 2x months rent for a security deposit

Pay $55.00 background check fee to Blue Bird Rentals, LLC
Tenant must apply before viewing any space for rent.
