BlueBird Rentals uses the payment platform provided by TurboTenant. Online payment rates are in no way affiliated, or set by BlueBird Rentals.
You may opt for card payment or ACH transfers. All debit/credit card transactions will incur a fee of 3.5% per transaction or you may process for free using ACH transfer (connected bank account).

It is tough being an Entrepreneur in this modern world of technology where everything has a price and all commodities seem to be getting more expensive. In order to remain a little bit profitable, we take on some responsibility, but also split responsibility in payment processing fees. While we want easier convenient options for your requests, it does cost us. Therefore as a renter you handle a portion of fees, and we handle another portion of fees. Your total monthly payment will comprise of the monthly storage rate plus a card transaction fee of 2.9%. Thank you for understanding these are assessed by the card services company. Enrolling in a self-storage lease; you will be auto enrolled in a monthly re-occurring payment, withdrawn from the card you place on file.

BlueBird Rentals storage unit payment platform is provided by Square Inc. Square charges set rates for online payments. These rates are in no way affiliated, or set by BlueBird Rentals. You will pay via debit or credit card through your chosen subscription below. All debit/credit card transactions will incur a fee of 2.9% per transaction.

By enrolling in our online lease payment agreement, you agree to have you card of choice automatically charged each month until your lease agreement ends. To cancel your lease agreement please email katrinam@bluebirdwi.com as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary charges.
