    • Applicants must have 3 times the market rent in their bank account

    • No evictions (within 5 years)

    • No outstanding collections

    • Proof of employment

    • If credit score is between 650 - 600 we require 1.5 security deposit

    • If credit score is lower than 599 we require 2 times the security deposit

  • Pay $40.00 background check fee to Blue Bird Rentals, LLC

  • Pass a background check

  • Tenant must apply before viewing any space for rent.

  • Complete the Background Check & Credit Check

    • Most applications can be processed in 1-3 days. The time required depends on the availability and cooperation of applicant’s reference sources.

  • Renter’s Insurance is required. If you don’t currently have a Renter’s Insurance Policy, you can click here to request a quote.
