Application Requirements
All applicants that have reached age 18 must complete their own separate application.
Most applications can be processed in 1-3 business days. The time required depends on the availability and cooperation of applicant’s reference sources. In determining whether applicant will be approved, we will evaluate the following:
Applicants must have 3 times the market rent in their bank account
No evictions (within 5 years)
No outstanding collections
Proof of employment
If credit score is between 650 - 600 we require 1.5 security deposit
If credit score is lower than 599 we require 2 times the security deposit

Pay $40.00 background check fee to Blue Bird Rentals, LLC
Tenant must apply before viewing any space for rent.
Complete the Background Check & Credit Check (and pass them)
